SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Executive - F2F, he/she will be responsible for engaging with members of the public, at shopping malls, corporate sector, in their kiosks and on street as well. The role of Business Development Executive - F2F is to raise awareness about ChildFund’s Work to people on the street, at public places and inspire them to contribute regularly and become financial supporters of ChildFund.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enrolling long term supporters who will support ChildFund through regular giving and achieve targets set by The Team Coach F2F.
  • Develop an understanding of ChildFund India’s work and explain it to the members of the public in a clear and interesting way.
  • Ensure that forms are correctly filled.
  • Achieve set weekly targets (fundraising targets).
  • Daily reporting to the Team Coach - F2F.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Graduate with minimum one year of Face to Face Fundraising experience required. Fresher’s are welcome but experience in direct sales/marketing will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Business Development Executive - Tele Calling
Department: :Resource Mobilization
Location: :Bangalore
Reports to:Manager- Individual Resource Mobilization


SUMMARY:

ChildFund is looking for Tele Calling Executives for their in-house tele Calling operation. The incumbent will also be present at kiosks set up in corporate/companies in order to identify regular donors to support the work of the organization. The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to explain our work and raise donors either through regular giving or onetime donation so as to derive maximum Return On Investment (ROI) for ChildFund.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Understanding customer requirements and encourage them to sign up through NACH as the primary mode of payment.
  • Answer potential donor questions about the projects and lead them to sign up.
  • Generate a minimum target of 10 donors per month.
  • Set appointments with prospective donors based on their schedule.
  • Maintain a log of calls made on a day to day basis
  • Business Reply Envelope Collections and Co-ordination with Post Office and ChildFund admin team.
  • Maintain statutory records and compliance documents (Forms, Batch Files, Bank Documents, MOU, Contracts)
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
  • Communicate respectfully and politely to donors at all times.
  • Should be able to represent the organization for setting up Corporate Kiosks at a given time.
  • Able to contact and request companies for individual fundraising.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Any Graduate with 2 years of experience in Telesales/Tele calling/Telemarketing/BPO/Direct Sales. The person should have good command over English. Fluency in any other local language is an added advantage.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Good understanding of issues related to the development sector and translate it to the prospective donors
  • Ability to change people’s attitudes, influence and be persuasive.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Officer - Business Analyst & Donor Servicing
Location: :Bangalore
Reports to:Manager- Individual Resource Mobilization


SUMMARY:

The Officer - Business Analyst & Donor Servicing will be responsible for the end to end donor servicing process,analysis of data and ensuring that the donor calendar is followed. He/she will execute and monitor various relationship building activities of ChildFund, preparation of feedback reports on acquisition and retention and donor’s demography and geography. The key deliverables will be evaluated based on the servicing timelines, donor satisfaction,donor testimonials,report submission on fundraiser basis and retained numbers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Donor Database Management, Servicing, Reporting and Analysing
  • Managing the donor management software and responsible for routine data entry of donor/donation related information in the software.
  • Responsible for monitoring and verification of data quality and ensuring they are received from proper revenue channels
  • Responsible for monitoring the sources of donations via the respective bank interfaces and keeping updated records for the same along with monthly reconciliation of receipts and payments. (Payment Gateway, CMS, ECS/NACH, etc)
  • Responsible for facilitating the collection of cheque from third party FR agencies on a daily basis for depositing in the bank.
  • Manage the process of returned cheques/failed payments and also refunds and update the MIS and relevant processes accordingly.
  • Support Senior Management Team in periodic analysis of donation trends (both public and non-institutional) and prepare MIS for the review.
  • Business Reply Envelope Collections and Co-ordination with Post Office and ChildFund admin team
  • Maintain statutory records and compliance documents (Forms, Batch Files, Bank Documents, MOU, Contracts)
  • Ensure that stock of all stationeries including Letter Heads, forms, welcome pack are available at all time and replenish the stock with support from comm/admin as and when required.
  • Provide administrative support to ChildFund team in close coordination with Finance and operations team in ChidFund
  • Ensure donor fulfillment which includes timely dispatch of welcome pack / introduction kit/exemption certificates to donors in coordination with other members in the fundraising team.
  • Provide necessary data to Manager - Individual Resource Mobilization for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, half year and annual reports for ChildFund India’s management team.
  • Undertake other responsibilities not outlined above which are commensurate with a role of this nature in the charitable sector and which have been discussed and agreed between the line manager and the post holder.


Fundraising Capacity Building
  • Conduct organizational assessments weekly to facilitate training and assistance with the Fundraising Team
  • Developing capacity building program to address gaps within the individual Fundraising team


Learning and Documentation
  • Develop framework for capturing and sharing Donor testimonials.
  • Conduct training on data analysis and data collection in coordination with Manager - Individual Resource Mobilization
  • Providing support to the management sharing critical insight from the data reports.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.


QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in donor servicing, data entry, data management and analysis.
  • Should have good command over MS- word especially MS-Excel.  Have good analytical and presentation skills on data, report generation and analysis on various aspects of a donor.
  • Ability to execute online marketing activities like mass mailing, SMS’s and creates feedback and analytic reports.
  • An innovator and strategic thinker.  Be an excellent team player and ability to handle the pressure.
  • Work experience – DMS, DSS, Salesforce and related tools would be preferred.
  • Up to date knowledge of fundraising scenario and importance of individual fundraising.
  • Skills n collating accurate and timely information to facilitate information flow and informed decision making.
  • Ability to identify and develop opportunities for prospect collaborations with external agencies

SUMMARY:

To help ChildFund India’s operation to increase the regular fundraising income within an efficient cost/income ratio and build and motivate the F2F/Tele Calling fundraising team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, manage, build, motivate and achieve the target of the face to face/tele calling fundraising team, focusing on the following
  • Be responsible for achieving the teams daily/ weekly targets, in accordance with agreed Key Performance indicators (KPIs). This includes setting targets for individual team members and managing their performance with the support of the Manager - Individual Resource Mobilization, and at the sametime meeting personal fundraising targets.
  • Prioritising the retention of F2F/Tele Calling fundraisers by developing their skills and highlighting opportunities for career progression within ChildFund India.
  • Be responsible to get the outreach permissions.
  • Facilitate the orientation of the new persons joining the team as wel as facilitate and coach the ongoing onsite training.
  • Reporting to the Manager Individual Resource Mobilization on a daily,weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure the right number of fundraisers in the team.
  • Provide expertise in F2F/ Tele Calling fundraising techniques, objection handing, codes of conduct and day to day operations.
  • Lead from the front and set expectations of performance by raising fund with the team on site days.
  • Keep the team motivated and create a positive team culture.
  • Maintain an understanding of ChildFund’s programmes, campaigns and causes, to be able to talk convincingly to potential supporters about the organisations work and ensure team members can do the same.
  • Implement the individual regular giving fundraising strategy in conjunction with the Manager IndividualResource Mobilization.
  • Monitor the individual fund raisers day-to day performance on a regular basis, giving feedback and providing motivational reinforcement to achieve the target.
  • Undertake monitoring and evaluation of fundraising activities and achievements related to agreed targets and cost/income ratio.
  • Introduce innovative activities for fundraising.
  • Ensure that the correct message is delivered on the field by the Business Development Executives - F2F/Tele Calling inorder to avoid miss selling and protecting ChildFund India’s brand.
  • Maintain relationships with HNI donors and meet these donors face to face at recommended frequency inorder to update them about the work of ChildFund India.


Fundraising Capacity Building
  • Conduct weekly assessments to determine training and assistance to the team with help of the Officer- Donor Servicing & Business analyst.
  • Develop capacity building program to address gaps in individual fundraising team, conduct training and assistance needs and provide direct mentorship, technical assistance, program knowledge to the Business Development Executiv e- Face To Face/Tele Calling.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate with minimum 3 years of fundraising/sales experience with exposure of handling a team with demonstrable track record is preferred. Ideal Candidate should have Masters in Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior knowledge and experience of individual acquisition or marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience of the donor community in India would be desirable.
