We have been working in India since 1951 with child-centered program expertise and unique interventions with changing needs. We work in 14 states and 1 UT, impacting 1.73 million lives. We want to supply 1000 Bags (50Kg) Godrej Starter Poultry feeds for 1000 beneficiaries with the below-mentioned Address. If you are interested in the same kindly share your quotation for the same.

Late Delivery and Penalty: In case of delayed material delivery, the Vendor shall pay to ChildFund for every week of delay penalty amounting to 0.5% of the total value of the Order

We have been working in India since 1951 with child-centered program expertise and unique interventions with changing needs. We work in 14 states and 1 UT, impacting 1.73 million lives. ChildFund India wants to provide 100000 Kuroiler for Dhar & Jhabua Districts as per the mentioned blocks which are as follows.  If you are interested, kindly send the quotations for the supply of chicks The Specification are given below:

Kuroiler Chicks Specifications  
  1. Chicks of 21 days’ old, Complete Immunization till 21days (vendor needs to submit Immunization Certificate time of Delivery) and weight in between 220 gm to 250 gm per chicks at the time of supply to the site for distribution with 10% Extra.
  2. Chicks will be delivered as per the prescribed schedule provided by ChildFund
India in advance.

Details of the requirement for Poultry Shed
Poultry Shed Location: The long axis is in the east-west direction.
Size of the Poultry Shed: 100 square feet: Length 11ft. x width 9 ft.
Shed Height: The back side wall will be 6 ft & the front side wall will be 5 ½ ft heights from the foundation.
Foundation: A good foundation is essential to prevent leakage. The foundation of the shed should be locally available Stones along with the use of Cement in below the surface i.e. 1 foot. Upper surface 8 inches wide and 8 inches heights foundation will be required with brick. The total depth of the foundation will be 1 ft below the surface and 8 inches above the surface.
Both sidewall: Both sidewalls should be of 2 ½ feet height from the foundation. An 8/12 inches bricks pillar will be required middle of the sidewall up to ceiling height.
Front wall & Back wall: The front wall should be 5 ½ feet height along with 3 bricks pillar (8 inches x 8 inches) from the foundation. 1 window will be required 3ft. x 3 ft. in the front wall.  The door will be fixed in the front wall top of the foundation. The back side wall will be filled with bricks along with 2 bricks pillar (8inches x 8inches) up to 6 feet height from the foundation.
Bricks Pillar 8/8 inches’ 5 bricks pillars and 8/12 inches 2 bricks pillars required for the entire shed. 2 bricks pillar middle of the sidewall, 3 bricks pillars in the Front wall & back wall 2 bricks pillar will be required up to ceiling heights.
Wall Plaster Front wall outside plaster will be required. Sidewalls 6 to 8 inches beet plaster will be required in front of the net need to be fixed.
Doors: The size of the door is preferably 2.5 x 5feet with a minimum weight of 5/6 Kg. The door should be fixed on the front wall. The door will be an iron frame and iron sheet with good quality. This would provide safety and climatically more suitable.
Iron Net: Provision of 100 sq ft Iron net/chicken mess requires for 3 sides (Both side & front side walls) of the walls. Both sidewall iron net fixed with pillars of the front wall & back sidewalls. Front side iron net/chicken mess fixed with wall 3 side (Both side & below wall) upper will be fixed with Iron Pipe or bricks.
Roof: The roof of the poultry shed will be made of cement sheets (4 to 6 mm), size 12ft length x width 3 ½ ft each. i.e. each shed 4 cement sheet required.
Iron Pipes: The shed will require 2 inches’ thickness iron pipe for cement sheets fixing purpose as per size require.  2 Iron Pipe will require (1pipe for the front wall & another pipe for the middle pillar) for roof fittings (Cement Sheets) as per size required.
Use of Materials: Good quality of bricks, yellow send, and 5/6 bags of cement will be required in each shed. 
Quotation Price to include Material, Labour charges, Transportation cost for material delivery at a Construction site, Applicable Tax, etc.
Demo/Model: After finalization but before signing the agreement vendor needs to construct 1 shed as a demo/model for approval.
Payment Condition: 50% with the signing of the contract, 25% after completion of 75% on a total number of the shed, 10% after completion of 100% shed Handing over, and remaining 15% after 2 months of Handing over of all the sheds. The Vendor to raise an invoice thru the ChildFund officer-in-charge for release of the payment as per the delivery schedule. Statutory levies and taxes, if any, will be deducted (TDS)from the payments made, for which necessary forms will be furnished
Timeline to complete all the shed construction:  Sheds will be completed within 60 days after sign of agreement.
Late Delivery and Penalty:  In case of delay incomplete of Shed Construction, the Contractor shall pay to ChildFund for every week of delay penalty amounting to 0.5% of the total value of the Order
