Life Skills and Youth Readiness Mobile Banner

As adolescents and young people move towards adulthood, gaps often remain between education and real-world readiness. Skills such as communication, decision-making, financial awareness, and confidence play a key role in shaping healthy, independent, and meaningful futures.

ChildFund India’s work on life skills and youth readiness supports adolescents and youth aged 15–24 years to navigate everyday challenges and prepare for education, work, and community life. The Life Skills Program focuses on building practical abilities that help young people make informed choices, pursue opportunities, and participate actively in their communities.
