Employability and Entrepreneurship for Youth Mobile Banner

Many young people, especially those outside formal education or stable employment, need practical skills, guidance, and access to opportunities to build secure livelihoods. Gaps in exposure, training, and career support often limit their ability to find or create meaningful work.

ChildFund India’s work on employability and entrepreneurship supports adolescents and youth aged 17–24 years to become skilled, work-ready, and economically independent. Under this focus area, the E-Saksham Program creates local hubs that connect young people to training, career guidance, and employment or self-employment opportunities that match market needs.
