POSITION ROLE
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for the community level actions in all villages of working block under the project. The Community Mobiliser will plan and implement the activities under the guidance of the Field Officer in line with the implementation plan of the project.

Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks; acquire and maintain the relevant knowledge and skills necessary to promote strong safeguarding practices; understand and adhere to ChildFund India’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures; and conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with ChildFund India’s safeguarding principles and standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Be responsible for implementing project activities as per project plan for the assigned location / village/block. Communication, training skills, and a team-oriented, Child Centred and gender-sensitive approach.
 Prepare monthly action plans, maintain reports, and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
 Support liaison with government departments and actively participate in review and learning meetings.
 Engage and mobilize community members, leaders, frontline workers VLCWC/ WLCWC, SMCs for better outcome of the project.
 Assist in implementation of assessments and surveys as required.
 Preparation of monthly action plan and progress report.
 Support in liaison with relevant govt. department officials
 Undertake regular home visits.
 Be responsible for reporting & documentation for all activities
 Participate in learning and review meetings.
 Develop documents, case studies and share the same with field coordinator.
 Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
 Education: Diploma / technical training / or equivalent experience. Graduation preferred.
 Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in community mobilization and community level stakeholder engagement such as panchayat, village leaders, etc. Working experience in the sector is an added advantage.
 Language Proficiency: Fluency (both verbal and written) in Marathi and Hindi. English is preferred.
 Skills and Abilities: Capacity building and training skills. Be an organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual. Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantage.

POSITION ROLE
Field Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing online safety for children. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to schoolteachers, ASHA workers, parents, and PRI members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to prevent, identify,
and respond to online sexual exploitation and abuse. This position aims to foster a safer online environment for children by empowering key community stakeholders with critical information and practical strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Organize and lead training and facilitate workshops for school teachers, ASHA workers, AWWs, parents, PRI members etc. on topics related to online safety and child protection.
 Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders to ensure active participation and support for the project.
 Assist in the design and implementation of awareness campaigns focused on preventing online sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
 Track the progress of training sessions, collect feedback, and assess the effectiveness of the training programs. Provide regular reports to Sr. Field Officer Program.
 Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for training sessions, and manage logistical aspects of training events.
 Keep abreast of the latest developments, tools, and techniques in online safety and child protection, incorporating this knowledge into training programs.
 Analyse capacity-building challenges and report any inconsistencies and/or gaps to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules.
 Coordinate and oversee working relationships with all local program stakeholders and mobilize local actors and promote program activities and impact.
 Facilitate and complete reports on all program activities and ensure all required documents are submitted undertake regular field visits across all schools, communities and provide supportive feedback, for implementation of program activities in line with agreed work plans and budgets.
 Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety and security protocols and child protections norms.
 Provide inputs and support to Senior Field Officer, Programs and project team in developing different proposals or concept notes in accordance with ChildFund India and other funders’ templates, systems and requirements.
 Perform other related activities as assigned by the Supervisor Program needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Rights, Development Studies, Human Rights, or a related field is preferred.
 Work Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training, teaching, or
conducting workshops, preferably in child protection or online safety. Experience working with children, teachers, parents, and communities on child safety and online protection.
 Language Proficiency: Fluency (both verbal and written) in English, Marathi and Hindi.
 Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs effectively. Ability to work with government, NGOs, and community stakeholders.

POSITION ROLE
Field Coordinator, Programs will play a key role in supporting the execution of activities and initiatives aimed at addressing Online Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of Children (OSEAC) within the framework of the project. Working closely with the project team, the incumbent will contribute operational support to ensure the successful implementation of OSEAC interventions at the project level

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Support the development and refinement of operational plans, workflows, and timelines for OSEAC prevention and response activities in coordination with the Trainer and Sr. Field Officer, Programs.
 Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of workshops, training sessions, meetings, and other project events, including venue booking, participant coordination, and resource mobilization.
 Collaborate with SCPCRs, government agencies, civil society partners, schools, and other child protection duty bearers to facilitate the establishment of pilot intervention sites and the implementation of OSEAC-related initiatives at the community level.
 Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including activity schedules, attendance registers, financial records, and procurement files, in compliance with organizational policies and requirements.
 Provide administrative support for project-related communications, including drafting correspondence, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing email correspondence and telephone inquiries.
 Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project-related materials, including reports, presentations, and communication resources, to enhance stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.
 Work closely with the Trainer in the execution of training for different stakeholders and organizing community awareness programs.
 Regular periodic meetings with different stakeholders like teachers, ASHA workers, PRI, VLCPC etc.
 Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Specialist Program and Sr. Field Officer, Programs – OSEAC to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of project activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

About the Assignment
Consultant – Field Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of the Power of 5 project in the assigned location under the supervision of the Senior Field Officer, Programs.

Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks; acquire and maintain the relevant knowledge and skills necessary to promote strong safeguarding practices; understand and adhere to ChildFund India’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures; and conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with ChildFund India’s safeguarding principles and standards.

Scope of Work
 Lead implementation of the Power of 5: School Nutrition Education Project across 10 government/government-aided schools.
 Provide Technical Support to School Nutrition Facilitator for Consultations with different stakeholders of School and Community Level.
 Coordinate with Directorate of Education, School Management Committees (SMCs), and local stakeholders for permissions and smooth rollout.
 Supervise facilitators and ensure timely delivery of nutrition education sessions.
 Organize teacher training workshops (50 teachers) and parental engagement sessions (20 sessions, 500 parents).
 Establish and monitor “Nutrition Corners” in schools and guide student Nutrition Ambassadors.
 Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, child protection norms, and informed consent protocols.
 Maintain project records, utilization certificates, and liaise with finance team for Expense booking and reporting.
 Represent the project in review meetings, dissemination workshops, and thematic events (Poshan Maah, Calibration of National Day, etc.).
 Prepare monthly/quarterly/Annual progress Report and Successes Stories
 Any other responsibility as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications
 Education: Graduation in Social Science / Social Work /Public Health and Nutrition is preferred.
 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in school health/nutrition projects
 Skills and Abilities: Strong documentation, monitoring, and reporting skills. Excellent communication in Hindi & English; ability to engage with teachers, parents, and children’s. Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.

About Young Aspiring Development Professional (YADP) Program
ChildFund India YADP Program is designed to provide young graduates and early-career professionals exposure to the development sector while supporting organization’s programmatic and operational priorities. The Program aims to build a talent pipeline of socially conscious, agile, and mission-driven professionals who can contribute to child focused development work.

YADP Program Participants will receive:
– Department orientation
– Mentorship from assigned supervisors
– Exposure to development sector practices
– Certificate of Completion upon satisfactory performance

High-performing candidates may be considered for future consultancy assignments, project-based roles, or regular vacancies subject to organizational requirements and funding availability.

YADP Role
This role is part of the Development Programme, focused on strengthening various program portfolios at ChildFund India, which entails:

  • Supporting ChildFund India’s programs in line with the new Country Strategic Plan.

    documentation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure quality delivery.

About this Assignment

Fundraising assignment play a crucial role in actively engaging the public and garnering financial support for ChildFund India’s programs. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and secure long-term monthly donors through interactions at various locations such as streets, malls, and corporate settings. Meeting fundraising targets and acquiring highquality monthly donors will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, as a representative of  ChildFund, you are expected to maintain the utmost standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions, aligning with the organization’s core values.

  • Achieve monthly targets by recruiting a minimum of Fifteen quality long-term
    donors.
  • Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities, including street fundraising and outreach campaigns, in designated locations or areas.
  • Approach members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner to discuss the organization’s work and funding needs.
  • Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and impact to potential donors, highlighting specific projects and initiatives.
  • Solicit donations from individuals, encouraging them to become long-term
    supporters through regular giving programs or other fundraising initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to meet weekly fundraising targets, focusing on both quantity and quality of donations.
  • Continuously develop fundraising techniques and strategies in collaboration with the Team Leader to maximize income for the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of supporter details in prescribed formats, maintaining daily call records and submitting timely reports.
  • Raise awareness of the organization’s work with children nationwide and its
    advocacy efforts across India among potential donors and the general public.
