POSITION ROLE
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for the community level actions in all villages of working block under the project. The Community Mobiliser will plan and implement the activities under the guidance of the Field Coordinator in line with the implementation plan of the project.

Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks; acquire and maintain the relevant knowledge and skills necessary to promote strong safeguarding practices; understand and adhere to ChildFund India’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures; and conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with ChildFund India’s safeguarding principles and standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Be responsible for implementing project activities as per project plan for the assigned location / village/block.
 Engage and mobilize community members, leaders, frontline workers for better outcome of the project.
 Assist in implementation of assessments and surveys as required.
 Preparation of monthly action plan and progress report.
 Support in liaison with relevant govt. department officials.
 Undertake regular home visits.
 Be responsible for reporting & documentation for all activities.
 Participate in learning and review meetings.
 Develop documents, case studies and share the same with field coordinator.
 Any other responsibility as assigned by the Line Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Education: Graduate or technical training or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in community mobilization.
Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in Telugu & English. Ability to communicate in local language (Telugu) is a must. Capacity building and training skills. Be an organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual. Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.

POSITION ROLE
Field Coordinator, Program will be responsible for supporting the implementation of program in the assigned locations. They will also provide technical support to the community mobilizers for quality implementation of the program. The Field Coordinator – Program (Education/Child Protection/ KML /SR) reports to the Senior Field Officer, Programs and responsible for planning and implementation of different projects at the partner location. This includes capacity building of partner staffs through internal and external resources as required.

 Provide technical support to Community Mobilizers for consultations with different stakeholders at community level.

Education: Graduate in Social Work /Social Sciences/ Management/ other relevant discipline or equivalent experience

The Sponsorship & Retention Coordinator is responsible for managing donor communication and engagement through telecalling, WhatsApp, and email and donor management tools. The role focuses on creating positive donor experiences through welcome calls, follow-ups, renewals, and upgrade initiatives while achieving donor retention targets and reducing donor attrition. The coordinator ensures accurate maintenance of donor and child records, tracks donor interactions, supports retention strategies, and contributes to improved donor engagement and operational efficiency through structured processes and technology-enabled workflows.

 Drive donor retention initiatives, achieve retention targets, and reduce donor attrition through proactive engagement strategies.

 Prepare child profiles, donor communication templates, and other engagement materials in required formats.
 Maintain accurate and updated donor, child, and sponsorship records in fundraising/CRM systems.
 Support donor renewal, upgrade, and reactivation campaigns through structured communication plans.
 Address donor queries and concerns promptly to enhance donor satisfaction and experience.
 Coordinate with fundraising, program, and operations teams to ensure smooth donor servicing and timely issue resolution.
 Maintain a professional, empathetic, and respectful approach in all donor interactions.
 Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and effective use of technology-enabled workflows for efficient donor management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Education: Graduate or Equivalent experience
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in face to face fundraising, donor management or customer engagement is required.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English both verbal and written, is preferred. Proficiency in additional local languages will be considered an advantage.

The Senior Manager, Individual Giving will provide strategic leadership to ChildFund India in raising resources from individual supporters through Face-to-Face (F2F), Telemarketing, Digital Fundraising, and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) engagement. Position Role

The Manager, Finance is a core finance role responsible for strengthening financial analysis, grant finance oversight, and compliance management across ChildFund India’s operations. The role will support annual budgeting, proposal costing, mid-year revisions, unit costing, shared cost allocation models, and financial planning aligned with organizational strategy.

The role will be responsible for strengthening donor and statutory compliance. This includes maintaining compliance trackers, coordinating with auditors and consultants, monitoring FCRA and statutory filings, managing forex exposure, and proactively flagging financial risks and variances.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance, data analysis, audit, preferably within NGOs or international development organizations. Prior experience with BI tools, automation, Macros, forecasting, and financial modelling.

– Name, Relationship, Current Position, and Location
iii) Please mention in the subject line of your email “Application for Face to Face Fundraising – Bangalore/Chennai”
